AH 提高迷惑行为大赏

写在前面：由于本人的水平与时间原因，写得很少，欢迎大家评论/私信补充！

相对于普及组，提高的人数就明显少多了，本次比赛只有 616 个人提交了答案，其中int共出现了 \texttt{INF} 次（我的 vsc 搜索上限只有 20000），long long 共出现了790 次，共有 4245 个 #include。

提高组注释 freopen 的果然不是很多，大概一共只有十几个人的样子。

本蒟蒻英文不太好，只注意到了您（AH-00617）的freopen注释掉了。所以有没有神犇评论翻译一下大意？
对了，再告诉您一件事：您四题的freopen都注释掉了……又是一个 0pts。
