本届魔怔杯不是比赛了，而是大杯的鲜花。我们希望回到第一届的状态，聚焦选手间的相互交流欣赏，而不是文章整体的优劣胜负。所以我们干脆取消统计分数的环节。
最后我们将会用几天举行一个在线会议，就每篇文章进行交流。你可以只参加你感兴趣的文章的部分。将会根据大家感兴趣的文章和空闲时间来安排各场会议的时间。
本届魔怔杯是半命题作文，由于上一届题目出的太明确，导致很多文章比较的趋同了，所以我们这一届出个很开放的。
题目要求: 你的文章标题是powerful的，即没有一个字符出现恰好一次。
使用过于神秘的字符，可能导致被组委会无理由拒绝。
每人投稿不超过三篇（可以撤回已投的），需要是在个人博客上公开的文章（在投稿截止之前开始公开即可；不必是洛谷博客，另外洛谷剪贴板一类也是可以的），只能由作者本人投稿。每篇字数不少于100，不多于30000。标题字数不多于100。不能是无意义文章或完全不魔怔的文章。投稿截止日期暂未确定。

The 3rd Mozheng, Big Cup of Flower Articles, is expected to be held in the summer vacation this year.
This Mozheng is not a cup anymore, but a big cup of flower articles. We want to restore the situation in the 1st Mozheng Cup, where participants exchanges their ideas about writing flower articles. We will not focus on who is the winner. So we simply removed the scoring part.
At the end of this Mozheng, we will hold a meeting for several days to discuss each articles. You can only attend your interested session. The schedule will depends on your interests and free time.
This Mozheng still has limitations on your articls. Because 2nd's limitation is too strong, which has resulted in many similar articles, we decided to give you an open one this time.
Limitation: Your title must be powerful, that is, there is no character which appers exactly once.
Using of strange characters may result in refusal without reason.
Everyone can not submit more than 3 articles (you can recall your submitted ones). The articles must have been published on your personal blog before the deadline (not only luogu blog; things like luogu pastbin is also ok). An articles can only be submitted by its writer. The word limit is 100~30,000 characters. Titles should not be more than 100 characters. Articles that are meaningless or completely not mozheng will be refused. The deadline is TBD.
